It’s true, I can’t stand to see animals that are hurt or in pain. They deserve treatment just as much as we do. I hope that procedures like this become more mainstream at animal hospitals so that our pets can live better.

Great Question. These products can safely be used together. So if your dog only gets occasional tick exposure (such as on camping trips) apply the frontline before you go. If your dog has constant exposure to ticks then using frontline instead of comforts is recommended. Remember to keep your dog out of the water (or baths) two days before and two days after applying any topical flea medication.

If we switched to Comfortis to control fleas, what would we use for ticks? They can be a big problem in Yosemite.

Thanks for the post. I had a dog with canine epilepsy named Cory, and we were actually able to get his seizures under control to the point where he didn’t have a seizure for the last 5 years of his life.

Again, thanks for helping spread the word about how dog owners can help their dogs cope with epilepsy. It’s a horrible disease, but it can be treated.

One of my cats is very overweight and my vet office recommended I do this for the health of all my cats. I found that it is harder on me than them as I need to get a morning routine down. I know I have found a gem of a vet when they go the extra mile to help you with the care of your pets. Great Job!!!!

My friend’s dog had this. She rave’s how good her dog is now doing. I’m going to get her to comment. I remeber watching her dog limping across the yard from sore elbows. She now looks wonderful.

I love the philosophy of this vet hospital! I wish human hospital were more like this. The staff here seems to really enjoy the interactions they have with clients and patients and the doctors a have all been very professional every time I come in. They take the time to treat my pets as individuals and for that I thank them.
